DUEF / DULFS pre-registrations


This procedure concerns only individuals who need to apply for a student visa or renew a residence permit.

Before taking any steps, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the procedures applicable to obtaining a visa.

Depending on your country of origin, going through the ?tudes en France procedure may be a mandatory step to obtain a long-stay visa. In this case, please do not apply via eCandidat, but exclusively through the ?tudes en France platform. We recommend contacting the Campus France office in your country for further information.

Pre-registration is an administrative step prior to final registration. It allows the Centre FLEURA to assess candidates’ eligibility for the programs offered and to guide them appropriately.
After your application has been reviewed by the Scolarité, and subject to admission, Centre FLEURA will issue a pre-registration certificate. This document can be used as part of a student visa application or a residence permit renewal.

DUEF

For the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, pre-registration is open from March 23, 2026 to June 28, 2026 on the eCandidat platform.

Documents needed
  • Curriculum Vitae (in French or English),
  • Cover letter (in French or English),
  • Copy of passport,
  • Copy of secondary school diploma (equivalent to the French baccalauréat) and its certified translation into French,
  • Payment receipt of the �110 non-refundable pre-registration fees, deductible from the administrative registration (Payment tutorial for the pre-registration fees),
  • Copies of any diplomas obtained and their certified French translations (if applicable).
*The pre-registration fee corresponds to administrative costs related to processing your application and issuing the pre-registration certificate required for visa applications. This fee is non-refundable.

Once your application has been submitted via eCandidat, the Centre FLEURA's Scolarité will review your documents. Some may be rejected if they do not meet the requirements. If you are unable to upload missing documents on the platform, please send them directly by email to: centre-fleura@uca.fr
After your application is accepted, a pre-registration certificate will be sent to you by email.

DULFS

For the 2026–2027 academic year, pre-registration is open from March 23, 2026 to May 31, 2026 on the eCandidat platform.
Documents needed
  • Curriculum Vitae (in French or English),
  • Cover letter (in French or English),
  • Copy of passport,
  • Copy of secondary school diploma (equivalent to the French baccalauréat) and its certified translation into French,
  • Academic transcripts since the baccalauréat (at minimum, those from the first two years of a bachelor’s degree in the same field as the requested DULFS), along with certified French translations
  • Proof of a B1 level in French,
  • Copies of any diplomas obtained and their certified French translations (if applicable).
Once your application has been submitted via eCandidat, the Centre FLEURA's Scolarité will review your documents. Some may be rejected if they do not meet the requirements. If you are unable to upload missing documents on the platform, please send them directly by email to: centre-fleura@uca.fr
If your application is deemed eligible, you will be invited to take a test and attend an interview. After acceptance, a pre-registration certificate will be sent to you by email.

Administrative registration

The administrative registration allows students already present in France to finalize their registration at Centre FLEURA before the start of the academic year. It cannot be completed by individuals who are still abroad.

For the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, enrollment is open from August 24, 2026 to September 4, 2026, by email at the following address: centre-fleura@uca.fr.

Documents needed

If you have already completed a pre-registration or were enrolled in the previous semester, it is not necessary to resend your passport (unless it has been renewed) or your diplomas.

  • Completed and signed Registration form,
  • Copy of a valid passport,
  • Copy of your secondary school diploma or most recent university degree, along with a certified French translation
  • Certificate of payment of the CVEC for the 2026–2027 academic year,*
  • Copy of valid civil liability insurance certificate (if you choose to subscribe to one),
  • Completed and signed Image Rights authorization form,
  • Copy of the online payment confirmation email (Payment tutorial).


*All students registering in initial training in a French higher education institution must obtain, prior to registration, a certificate confirming payment of the Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC). As the CVEC is managed by CROUS and not by our service, payment must be made on a separate platform: https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/.

*Once a semester has started, no refunds can be issued, except in cases of force majeure (such as serious illness, accident, legal obligations, or other exceptional circumstances). This information is provided before registration and payment.
**It takes two semesters to complete the C1 level.
